Last week’s performance highlights:

• 94.3% of all shipments were delivered on time
• 48.6% were delivered within two days
• 74% of late parcels arrived the very next day

What Impacted On-Time Performance?

Overall on-time delivery (OTD) was temporarily pulled down by sub-par performance in two carrier hubs — one in the West and one in the Midwest.

Both hubs have since recovered.

This is exactly why diversified alternative carrier infrastructure matters. When performance dips in one region, the broader network absorbs and corrects quickly. We monitor performance in real time and adjust routing when necessary.

Shippers get transparency. Not surprises.

A Note on Transit Times

We expect transit times to gradually lengthen as we activate additional line hauls and unlock more national carrier service across the platform.

As the network expands geographically, average time-in-transit metrics will naturally shift. We may adjust how this metric is reported going forward. but for now, we’re keeping it in for full transparency.

Scale requires nuance. We’ll keep sharing the data either way.

The following alternative carriers achieved 100% OTP last week:

• Promed Delivery — first week back on the list
• Optima Overnight — 2nd consecutive week
• Falcon Express Transportation — 2nd consecutive week
• Courier Express — 2nd consecutive week

Consistency at this level reflects disciplined local execution.

Carriers Delivering Above 97% OTP

• CDL Last Mile — 2nd week
• DoorDash — 3rd week
• United Delivery Service — 2nd week
• Better Trucks — 2nd week
• Veho — first week on the list

When alternative carriers operate inside the right infrastructure layer, performance is predictable and scalable.
